Shipping & Returns

We provide worldwide, door-to-door shipping using trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, known for their speed, reliability, and fully tracked delivery. In rare cases, for remote locations, an alternative shipping service may be used to ensure successful delivery.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days of being placed. Delivery is generally completed within 4-8 days from the date of order placement.

Every Shruti Box is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Instruments are securely packed in reinforced cardboard boxes to provide maximum protection during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart at checkout.

Due to the growing demand for our instruments, some models or keys may occasionally be unavailable. While we regularly update stock availability on our purchase page, unforeseen circumstances during peak periods may cause discrepancies. If you receive a shipping notification with a delivery time that significantly differs from what was indicated at the time of purchase, please contact us so we can resolve the matter promptly and satisfactorily.

Please note that local taxes and import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient in the destination country.

Return Policy

If you need to return your Shruti Box or pedal for any reason, kindly refer to the instructions provided in the PDF. Please note that we cannot offer repairs, exchanges, or refunds on items that are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging, even if the item is covered under our 1 year warranty.

Please note that custom-made instruments, specifically ordered at the customer’s request, are not eligible for returns under our standard terms.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered in cases where the item is defective and cannot be repaired, or if it is damaged during transit after purchase.


Refund Process

Once we have received and examined your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm its arrival. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method, whether that’s your credit card, Payoneer account, or another payment option.


Repairs & Maintenance

Once we receive and inspect your instrument for repair or maintenance, we will email you with the diagnosis, estimated time for completion, and the cost of the service.
